What is a cooperative?

During its last meeting on May 2nd, 2012 in Bonn (Federal Republic of Germany), the IRU Board of Directors decided to publish on the Internet the policy paper worked out by the French cooperatives “Qu’est-ce qu’une coopérative?” (What is a cooperative?) and the comments from various countries represented on the IRU Board. All IRU members and other interested persons/organizations are cordially invited to add their own comments. Thank you very much!
