We are proud to congratulate the latest group of 19 colleagues who have successfully completed the Raiffeisen Ambassador Training – a six-month journey dedicated to deepening cooperative knowledge and fostering international exchange.
During the training, participants explored cooperative principles and values, reflected on global case studies, developed strategies to engage members and attract new ones, and designed their ideal cooperative board structures. Through interactive assignments and live peer exchanges across continents, they actively linked theory with practical application in their daily work.
The commitment and insights shared by this diverse group truly reflect the spirit of the cooperative movement: rooted in values, driven by people, and focused on sustainable impact.
