IRU Working Group Meets to Discuss New Training Format Content
During our recent IRU working group meeting, cooperative professionals from around the world came together to collaborate on the development of our new international training programme, inspired by the successful Raiffeisen Ambassador Training.

Together, we shared valuable insights on the first Module, collected feedback, interactive learning elements and visuals for the new training. The diversity of perspectives and experiences from our members significantly enriched the discussion and helped shape a solid foundation for the next steps.
We look forward to continuing this important work – and to meeting in person at the upcoming IRU gathering hosted by the Austrian Raiffeisen Association (ÖRV) in Vienna at the end of October.
