On behalf of the IRU – International Raiffeisen Union we are excited to invite you to our upcoming General Meeting, which will take place from October 3 to 6, 2023, in Bonn, Germany.

This General Meeting is particularly important as we will hold full elections for both the IRU Board and the Presidency. Your participation and engagement in this process are crucial for the continued success of the IRU.

Please note that arrival is possible from October 2 onwards. We have blocked rooms in two hotels. Both offer comfortable accommodation options for your stay. The General Meeting itself will be held at the Collegium Leoninum Hotel. Please note that accommodation is at self-pay, though IRU offers to do the reservation for you. For reserving a room and for further information, we encourage you to register for the General Meeting through the following registration mask as soon as possible, as this will help us in our organization and preparation for the meeting:

Please let us know if you require an invitation letter by IRU for e.g. visa application purpose.

Logistics & Accommodation

Please let us know whether we shall book a hotel room for you. Please note that the accommodation is at self-pay, though IRU offers to cover the reservation making process.
Please note that IRU only offers to make the reservation. The room, however, is at self-pay cost. Superior rooms at the Collegium Leoninum are available at the price of 159 EUR / night incl. breakfast.
