This represents a departure from rigid schedules and embraces a more dynamic approach tailored to meet the diverse needs of our workforce. This second initiative enables our employees to structure their work hours according to their individual preferences and obligations, promoting a sense of autonomy and empowerment all while meeting the needs of the clientele and complying with the operational requirements.
